Alzheimer Day Program

This program provides a supportive environment, as well as social and recreational activities for people with Alzheimer Disease or a related dementia. This program also offers relief to caregivers. Participants attend during the day and are provided with wheelchair accessible transportation, a noon meal and snacks. This program operates Monday through Saturday.

Cost: $21.00/day - Financial subsidies are available
