HIV & Dementia Day Program

In partnership with the AIDS Committee of Toronto, this program is offered to people living with HIV/AIDS and dementia, and their caregivers. The program addresses the social, physical and emotional needs of persons with HIV and dementia through therapeutic and social recreational activities. This program operates on Mondays and includes transportation and a hot, nutritious lunch.
